2026 Fall Product Program

Welcome to the 2026 Fall Product Program where Girl Scout entrepreneurs will be Ready to Explore new products and share with new and returning customers.

The Fall Product Program is September 16-October 27, 2026, with product delivery to service units happening from November 12-14, 2026 (varies by service unit). Troop Training is now available on gsLearn, and the resources below are updated.

The Fall Product Program is EASY

• Girl Scouts will set-up and personalize their M2OS platform as their program headquarters and create their own M2 Avatar.
• Girl Scouts can earn up to 6 different patches including the Personalized M2 Avatar patch. They can also complete the first step towards earning the Fall & Cookie Crossover Personalized M2 Avatar patch.
• Girl Scouts will grow their entrepreneurial skills and participate by selling delicious nuts and chocolates online, in-person (or both!), plus magazines, Tervis® tumblers, Girl Scout-exclusive BarkBoxes®, personalized stationery and picture frames, and candles!

and PROFITABLE!
• Troops earn 17% of total sales in troop proceeds at the beginning of the Girl Scout year!
• Cookie Program Troop Proceeds Incentive—If a troop achieves a $225 PGA (per Girl Scout average of Girl Scouts selling) for 2026 Fall Product Program AND the troop achieves a 225 cookie package PGA (per Girl Scout average of Girl Scouts selling) for the 2027 Cookie Program., the troop will receive an additional $.05 per cookie package in troop proceeds for the 2027 Cookie Program.

How to get started?
The Troop Fall Product Chair or a troop leader must complete the online Troop Training available now on gsLearn. Troops will receive program materials from their Service Unit Fall Product Coordinator after the training has been completed. Troops must be qualified as Product Ready to participate in the program.

2026 Fall Product Program Online Troop Training will be available on gsLearn in late August. Use this direct link or use these instructions to assist with access to gsLearn. Follow the instructions below to complete the training. Volunteers must be registered members with a volunteer role of Troop Fall Product Chair or Troop Leader to use the direct link or see the training assigned on their dashboard. For other volunteers, the training can still be found in the gsLearn Content Library.

Once in gsLearn, click on the training titled 415 Troop Fall Product Training. There are three modules to be completed. Click on first module and click the play button to watch the 20 minute video. When done, click next module near the top right. Take the quiz and pass with 80% correct. Click next module near the top right. Review the Volunteer Position for Troop Fall Product Chair, add name on signature, click "I agree" and click Save. You will receive a confirmation email the training has been completed. You can use this email to show your SU Fall Product Program Coordinator to receive your troop's program supplies and materials.

FAQs

Virtual Office Hours - Tuesdays toggle arrow

GSNI Product Program Team will be holding weekly Virtual Office Hours on Tuesdays from 12-1 p.m. and 7-8 p.m. starting Tuesday, August 25, through Tuesday, November 10. This is a time for parents and volunteers to ask any questions they have about the Fall Product Program, no formal presentation.

Tuesdays 12-1 p.m. OR 7-8 p.m.

Saturday and Sunday, October 24 & 25 at 3-5 p.m., special Virtual Office Hours to assist with end of season questions.

Micro Spotlight: Bite-sized guidance focused on the task at hand toggle arrow

These Micro Spotlights will be bite-sized guidance videos for specific tasks and points of the program. These will replace virtual MicroTrainings, but we still encourage volunteers and parents to join our Virtual Office Hours with any questions throughout the program.

Social Media Guidelines

Postings to any allowed social or general media may ONLY be done during GSNI Fall Product Program sale dates September 15-October 27, 2026.

Posts ALLOWED
o Posting to personal social media is permitted. Be cognizant of settings (private vs. public).
o Posting to LOCAL public social media sites (approved membership or public) with Girl Scout link is permissible for the promotion of online direct ship orders and public pick-up of girl delivery orders. We remind parents to be safety conscious and cautious providing links to unknown customers. ALWAYS meet in a public location for distribution of Girl Delivery orders from unknown customers.

Posts NOT ALLOWED
o Posting to national sites such as, but not limited to, eBay, Craigslist, Amazon, Facebook Marketplace, YouTube Spotify, etc. is NOT permitted.
No paid advertising of any kind on social media or general media is allowed by troops or Girl Scouts.
