The S’more Fun Quick Guide will include a variety of in-person and virtual events GSNI Girl Scouts can experience this membership year! To celebrate, girls who register and attend at least two events during each S’more Fun season will qualify to purchase our new S’more Fun patch in GSNI stores!

Registrations for GSNI Council-Sponsored events are held on ActiveNet Camp and Class Manager.
A registration confirmation will be provided through ActiveNet with receipt. General information about the event or program may be included in confirmation receipt.
An event-specific confirmation letter will be emailed to all participants shortly after the closing registration date. Confirmation emails will be sent through ActiveNet. If you have not received a confirmation three to five days prior to the event, please contact Customer Care at 1-844-GSNI-4-Me or firstname.lastname@example.org.

Adults must register for any event they will attend, whether or not an adult fee is charged. Fees are listed with the event description.
Adults accompanying participants may be responsible for:
GSNI is backed by dedicated adults, mentors, and child advocates who put safety first. Volunteers who facilitate and chaperone our programs are fully background-checked. We also welcome family members and trusted adults to our programs. Each participant must follow all GSNI safety guidelines. We support and appreciate everyone who makes our programs safe, fun and inclusive for every Girl Scout.
If an event does not meet the minimum registration by the deadline date, GSNI reserves the right to cancel the event. Participants will be notified via email.
• A full refund of the fee (including deposit) is made ONLY if a participant can’t be placed in the event of her choice, or if it is necessary for GSNI to cancel an event.
• A partial refund, cost of the event minus a $5 per person processing fee or 1/2 the event fee for events costing less than $10, will be given when self-cancelling by January 15, 2024. (Date will be quarterly based on the season Winter, Fall, Spring schedule) After this date has passed no refunds will be issued.
• No refunds will be given after the event registration deadline.
• If a Girl Scout membership registration fee was paid ($25), it is non-refundable and non-transferable.
• Summer camp registration deposit are non-refundable, and non-transferable.
NEW: Event and GSNI program registration through ActiveNet Camp and Class Manager offers ACTIVE Refund. For an additional fee per program or event, you can guarantee a full refund should you need to cancel your registration. More information on ACTIVE Refund can be found on the ActiveNet website.
ACTIVE Refund is only available through initial event registration. Activities that are cancelled, postponed, or changed from live to virtual/online do not qualify for ACTIVE Refund. Refund requests must be made to ActiveNet 48 hours prior to the event date. Summer camp requests must be made by June 1, 2024. GSNI and GSNI Customer Care do not handle ACTIVE Refund requests.
