We're excited to introduce gsEvents, our new online registration system designed to streamline the process of signing up for Girl Scout council-sponsored events, activities, and programs. Accessible through your MYGS account, gsEvents allows both individual Girl Scouts and troops to register and pay for events with ease. Whether you're interested in earning badges, embarking on outdoor adventures, or attending trainings, gsEvents provides a convenient platform to explore and secure your spot in upcoming events.
To get started, simply log in to your MYGS account, browse the event calendar, and register for the activities that inspire you. You can also scroll down to our Activities Calendar below and select the event title to be directed to MYGS.
Here is a quick start guide to help you register for any event through gsEvents.
Confirmations
A registration confirmation will be provided with a receipt. General information about the event or program may be included in confirmation receipt.
An event-specific confirmation letter will be emailed to all participants shortly after the closing registration date. Confirmation emails will be sent. If you have not received a confirmation three to five days prior to the event, please contact Customer Care at 1-844-GSNI-4-Me or customercare@girlscoutsni.org.
Event Cancellations and Refunds:
- If an event does not meet the minimum registration by the deadline date, GSNI reserves the right to cancel the event. Participants will be notified via email.
- A full refund of the fee (including deposit) is made ONLY if a participant can’t be placed in the event of their choice if it is necessary for GSNI to cancel the event.
- • A partial refund, cost of the event minus a $5 per person processing fee or 1/2 the event fee for events costing less than $10, will be given when self-cancelling before the registration end date. After the registration deadline has passed, no refunds will be issued. No refunds will be given after the event registration deadline.
- If a Girl Scout membership registration fee was paid ($25), it is non-refundable and non-transferable.
