Inspired by a Girl Scout request, GSNI is bringing back the Cookie Bake-off as the Sweet Cookie Showdown! Girl Scouts are challenged to create an original dessert using one or more Girl Scout cookie variety from GSNI's cookie line-up.
Desserts will be judged on five categories: Originality, Use of Cookies, Presentation/Outside Appearance, Inside Appearance (color, texture), and Taste.
Four regional competitions will be held throughout the council and the top three finishers in each region will compete in the finale on Sunday, April 25, at Rockford Resource Center from 1-3 p.m.

Cost: $10 per Girl Scout
