Join us for an important Pre-Camp Parent Meeting designed to help families prepare for a smooth and successful camp experience. During this session, you'll meet camp leadership, learn about daily camp routines, health and safety protocols, packing guidelines, and check-in/check-out procedures. We'll also review required forms, program highlights, and expectations for campers to ensure everyone is ready for an exciting summer.
Important deadlines will be covered, including camper registration, submission of required health and permission forms, and dietary or special needs requests. Meeting these deadlines ensures we can best prepare for your camper's arrival and provide the safest, most inclusive experience possible.
