Attention all horse lovers! Would you like to travel to a stable and learn all about horses? This camp is for you! Our trained camp staff and equestrian experts at Tower Hill Stables are ready for you. Saddle up and lets go! We cant wait for you to meet the horses! While we wait for our trip, you will have the opportunity to try out all the camp activities Camp Dean has to offer!
This session is for horseback riding beginners. Riding sessions will include an outing to Tower Hill Stables for one 45-minute riding lesson around an indoor arena. Campers will also learn horse etiquette and how to care for and groom a horse. Campers will be transported by camp staff to a professional equestrian facility vetted by GSNI. During this mini camp session, campers will earn their Girl Scout Junior Horseback Riding badge!
