The days may be shorter with a chill in the air, but young and old will be entertained and warmed by fun activities during Fall Fest at Camp McCormick. Come check out programs, experiences, and resources provided by our Preferred Partners, share s'mores over a campfire, and try relaxing in the hammock wheel! A scavenger hike and walk through our famous corn maze will provide chances to find hidden camp gnomes and treats! GSNI's mobile retail store will be on-site, and there will be food trucks to purchase a hot lunch if you don't want to bring a sack lunch.
Working on your America 250 badge set from Girl Scouts of the USA (GSUSA)? Come join hands-on activities and crafts that count towards earning these special GSUSA patches. There is fun for the whole family as we continue America's 250th birthday celebration with activity stations, snacks, and the Girl Scout Flag Ceremony tradition. As an added bonus, all currently registered Girl Scouts who attend will receive a FREE Fall Fest fun patch and themed bar patch to commemorate the celebration!
We will be featuring Preferred Partners at activity and information stations. Troops are encouraged to come for the day and must provide proper child-to-adult ratios. Families are welcome! All attendees must be registered for the event, and anyone interacting with animals or participating in facilitated activities will need to complete a signed safety waiver prior to the event.
