Get ready to inspire the next generation of Girl Scout leaders! This blended learning course equips volunteers to deliver engaging and effective Girl Scout trainings.

Participants interested in becoming Council Trainers will first complete the 415 Train the Trainer course in gsLearn at their own pace. Next, they'll join an interactive in-person session where they'll practice facilitation skills, share best practices, and build confidence as a trainer. Participants will recieve a confirmaton email with link to 415 Train the Trainer course 2 weeks before the in-person session.

After the in-person session, new Council Trainers in Training will begin their onboarding journey, working side-by-side with an experienced trainer before leading sessions on their own. Each Council Trainer will select a training topic to specialize in and share their expertise through GSNI's training program.

Topics currently available include:
*    Girl Scout Level In-Person Trainings
*    Lodge (Indoor) Overnights
*    Outdoor Overnights

Council Trainers agree to lead at least three trainings per year and will be supported every step of the way by GSNI Program Managers, who help guide trainers, coordinate sessions, and keep the program thriving.

At the training, each new Council Trainer will receive their Trainer Pin and starter materials-a symbol of the exciting journey ahead!
