During this training, you will learn basics of care for infants and children, child behavior, age-appropriate activities, emergency protocols, professionalism, leadership, and more! Receive your American Red Cross Babysitting certification and add even more value to your clients.

Note: Illinois Department of Child and Family Services require participants to be 14 years or older to babysit. Training is available for Cadette Girl Scouts to prepare for future babysitting careers. Participants must attend both sessions to earn certification. Participants will need to bring their own lunch.

This certification will include the American Red Cross' Pediatric CPR/First Aid/AED certification. Certification is for youth participants only. Due to limited size of the class, participants are not required to bring adult chaperones.
