Facilitating with GSNI: A Seasonal Opportunity to Inspire and Lead!

Becoming a facilitator with GSNI is more than just a paid position—it’s a chance to spark curiosity, build confidence, and create unforgettable experiences for Girl Scouts!

As a GSNI Facilitator, you’ll help lead Girl Scouts through fun and meaningful activities at our beautiful GSNI camp properties, plus have opportunities to facilitate activities during council-led events and programs. Depending on the season, you might find yourself teaching outdoor skills, guiding a STEM project, or cheering Girl Scouts on as they conquer a new adventure!

GSNI classifies Facilitators into two categories for activities:

Outdoor Activity Facilitators (mid-April to mid-October): Lead campers through exciting activities like target sports and high adventure challenges—all while helping them build courage and teamwork.

Maker Space Facilitators (year-round): Inspire creativity and innovation by facilitating programs in robotics, programming, textiles, jewelry making, paper crafting, and more.

Every activity is designed to be age-appropriate, hands-on, and confidence-boosting—helping Girl Scouts grow in perseverance, problem-solving, and self-esteem.

Grow Your Skills, Too! Facilitators receive specialized trainings and certifications in outdoor recreation, STEM, and creative arts. Whether you’re learning to belay, program a robot, or teach archery, you’ll gain valuable experience while sharing your passions with the next generation of leaders.

Extra Perks: Facilitators can also bring their own troop or group to GSNI activities at reduced rates, making it easier than ever to share the adventure with those closest to you.

Join us in creating unforgettable memories and empowering Girl Scouts to discover their best selves—all while having fun and developing your own skills!
