Get Ready for ActiveNet!

Are you ready to get Active? Our new ActiveNet registration platform is ready to launch! Now you can register for day camp, resident camp, and program events in a single transaction! There are two sets of instructions below, so please read carefully.

If you are a currently registered Girl Scout adult with GSNI, follow these directions. (If you are not a currently registered Girl Scout adult with GSNI or if your email is listed as "not found", scroll to the next set of directions.)

All currently registered GSNI adult members have had their membership information uploaded into ActiveNet, so it’s easy to log in!

Follow these steps to log in:

  1. Visit our program registration sign in page.
  2. You will be prompted to enter an email address and name. Please use the adult primary email address you use for your MYGS account. If you don’t know the email address you use for your MYGS account, please contact Customer Care at customercare@girlscoutsni.org.
  3. Once on the site, select “Forgot Password”.
  4. Check your inbox for an email from customercare@girlscoutsni.org with a link to reset your password.
  5. Choose a new secure password and log into ActiveNet.
  6. Once logged in under My Account, check your personal information.
  7. If the information is not correct, you can edit your contact information.
  8. This step is very important as you will need to go into your contact information and check or add a cell phone number, so we can text information to you!
  9. Under email address, please make sure you select the box to “Yes! Please email me the latest news and information.” Without this box marked, we will not be able to send confirmations with important information related to activities you or your Girl Scout may register for.
  10. When you go back to My Account, there is a “Manage Family Members” option highlighted in blue. This is where you will enter your Girl Scout’s information for registration. Please DO NOT add troop members to your family. This system is by household only.
  11. Summer camp registration and events are listed under Activities.

How do you register your troop for events?

When you are logged into ActiveNet, troop leaders can register a troop under the troop leader’s account. Event registration will have a question for you to include all Girl Scouts you are registering. You simply add a comma after each name. You can also add the parent(s)’ email address, if you would like confirmation to also go to the parents. Otherwise, the email will only go to the troop leader, and it will be the troop leader’s responsibility to relay the information.

At the bottom of the registration page, there will be an option to add how many adults and how many Girl Scouts you’re registering.

You will see some events come up free, but the Girl Scout and adult fee will be added once you select how many you will be registering.

We are working on getting all event balances from our legacy system into ActiveNet. All balances should be transferred by January 11. After that date, if you have a balance for a camp reservation or an event, you will see the balance owed.

If you are not a currently registered Girl Scout adult with GSNI, you will need to create your household’s ActiveNet login.

Follow these steps to log in:

  1. Visit our program registration sign in page.
  2. Once on the site, click on “Sign In”.
  3. Under the Sign In button there is an option to create an account.
  4. Click “Join” next to the “Don’t have an account?”
  5. When creating your account (and to make it easy for you to remember), we are asking you to use the email address you use for your MYGS.
  6. Choose a secure password and log into ActiveNet.
  7. Once logged in, under My Account, go to My Account.
  8. This step is very important as you will need to go into your contact information and check or add a cell phone number, so we can now text information to you!
  9. Under email address, please make sure you select the box to “Yes! Please email me the latest news and information.” Without this box marked, we will not be able to send confirmations that have important information related to activities you or your Girl Scout may register for.
