
Camp McCormick
Camp McCormick has over 400 acres of woods and meadows and is located a few miles south of Rockford, about 1 ½ hours southwest of Chicago. Camp facilities include a central dining hall, indoor and outdoor pool, showers, craft building, health center, hiking trails, covered wagons, Adirondacks, platform tents, two lodges, and the Friendship Center, which has two separate dorm-style sleeping rooms, modern kitchen and a Great Room. The lodges are available year-round and the platform tents and wagons are available from April to October, all excluding resident camp season.
