Welcome to the highest awards in Girl Scouting!
The steps to earning the highest awards are rooted in the Girl Scout Leadership experience and the three keys to leadership; girls discover themselves and their values and explore the world, connect with others locally and globally, and take action to make the world a better place.
As girls go through the process to earn the highest awards, they live the Girl Scout Promise and Law, they learn about themselves and the world around them and they make an impact in their communities. Through this fun and fulfilling experience, they are setting the groundwork for themselves for a lifetime of caring about others in their communities and around the world.
