Girl Scouts of Northern Illinois is an inclusive organization, welcoming girls and adults regardless of race, ethnicity, religious beliefs or social economic status. The Girl Scout Pathways framework offers flixible, consistent ways for girls to benefit from the Girl Scout Leadership Experience. Girls participate in Girl Scouting through the following pathways: camp (day and resident), events, series, troop, travel and virtual. Girl Scout membership is open to all girls in grades kindergarten through 12, who accept the Girl Scout Promise and Law.
