Recently Robin Witt sat down with GSNI to talk about her experience as a Girl Scout volunteer. Robin graciously shared the many lessons she’s learned through working with girls and volunteers to achieve the Girl Scout Mission.

Volunteers throughout the council plan and carry out a variety of Day/Twilight Camps. The following list includes the volunteer run camps for 2013. Adult volunteers are the key to success for each volunteer run Day/Twilight Camp. If you enjoy working with children, we encourage you to volunteer. Volunteers are needed for 1-5 days. Typically, when you think of a Girl Scout Volunteer, you think of a Troop Leader. But, there are many other volunteer opportunities available with GSNI! Some include working with girls, and others include connecting a volunteer’s special talents with our areas of need! Also, some available positions do not require a year-long commitment.
