The 2015 - 2016 Girl Scout Year has started and we couldn't be more excited!

Join us at a Girl Scout Volunteer Town Hall where we will update you on a few projects we've going on this year. We will share the findings of our Long Range Program Study which will have long term implications on the programs we offer and how and where we offer them. We want for you to know about these changes first! We'll introduce you to the Membership Engagement Initiative which is being rolled out across all councils in the country. When we met with Service Unit Managers, they were really excited about this! Finally, it's the 100th Anniversary of the Girl Scout Gold Award next year, so you will hear about changes to the way we manage and celebrate our Highest Awards. Girl Scout Volunteer Town Halls are open to Girl Scout members age 14 and above.

We trust Girl Scout volunteers. You bravely dive into challenges, blaze trails with your girls, and tackle tough issues. It's why we want your take on how we can make Girl Scouts better in your community. Each community is different; each girl is different! We want to make sure every Girl Scout supporter—including all volunteers, parents, and girl members—gets a say in how Girl Scouts should be active in their neighborhood.

We'd like to see you at an upcoming Town Hall Meeting! Meet Fiona Cummings, our CEO, ask questions, and get on-the-spot answers. Plus, you'll be one of the first to learn about exciting new Girl Scout program developments in your area. Reservations are not required, and all Girl Scout supporters are welcome! Here are the dates:
