Girl Scout Days at Six Flags Great America
It’s not too late to take advantage of the special priced tickets for Girl Scout Days at Six Flags Great America! Tickets are only $31 each* (a savings of over 55% off of the main gate ticket price) and can be used by anyone – not just registered Girl Scouts! Girl Scout Days are June 21, 22 and July 19, 20, 2014. Girl Scout Days Picnic Tickets (Pick your Picnic day - June 21 or July 19 only – meal time 3:30 – 5pm) are available for $12.50 each – menu: fried chicken, hot dogs, pasta salads, chips, pickles, soft drink, ice cream bar.
Don’t forget your Girl Scout Days patches! $1 each.

GSNI Museum Adventure Day
Come and explore Rockford’s historic Riverfront Museum Park District. Learn about the world’s past at Burpee Museum of Natural History, play and discover science at the Discovery Center Museum, revel in art at the Rockford Art Museum and view dance studi9os and costumes at the Rockford Dance Company. Plan the day as you see fit. Take this day to have fun with your fellow Girl Scouts!

BYOU2 Dance Party
Get moving Bollywood style! Learn about Indian culture as you make your own Rangolis, a good luck red ribbon and a Bollywood-style bracelet to wear while you dance. Try some Indian dance moves and learn all about Indian culture!

Climb Devil’s Lake with Vertical Endeavors
Journey: aMAZE / Badge: Adventurer
On our Vertical Endeavors Guided Adventure, Girl Scouts will get to experience the sport of rock climbing up close and personal. Devils Lake State Park contains the largest climbing area in the Midwest with over 1000 routes to choose from—some reaching up to 80 feet! Our trained instructors will provide and set up all of the necessary equipment in order for your group to climb as safely as possible. Your instructor is your personal guide for the afternoon, able to determine routes for the entire group and help meet your needs throughout the day. Your group gets to experience rock climbing in one of the most picturesque settings in the mid-west, as well as learn about the history and equipment of modern rock climbing.

Dust off the scissors and glue, this session is about to get crafty! Spend extra time in the arts and crafts building as you make a masterpiece to bring home.
Who: Girls in Grades 1-3

Did you know that GSNI owns five camp properties? Have you seen each one? Travel to all five camps during this six day session. You will be able to go crate stacking at Camp McCormick, canoe or kayak at Camp Dean, practice archery at Chapman Hills, complete the low ropes course at Mary Ann Beebe Center, and rappell down the wall at Camp Far Horizons.
